The collection is designed to evoke the leisurely charm of an afternoon stroll near Gyeongbokgung Palace.The menu features delicacies such as the Seasonal Berry Tartlet—a blend of green tea cream infused with rose and raspberry, paired with mixed berry coulis and basil chantilly—and Hibiscus Grapefruit, combining grapefruit confit, hibiscus, and dulce chocolate mousse.Complementing the tea selection are four summer-exclusive signature drinks centered around peach.
