[Photo: bhc]South Korean fried chicken chain BHC has unveiled a boneless version of its hit menu item ‘Kwasak King’, which was originally launched in February. The new product hit the market on the 29th.
Named ‘Kwasak King Boneless’, the latest addition features 100% domestically sourced chicken, cut into tender stick-shaped pieces and deep-fried. It is coated in a special crispy crumble made from a blend of rice, potato, and corn, giving it a signature crunchy exterior and moist interior.
The dish is served with a spicy habanero sauce, adding a bold kick to its flavour profile.
The original ‘Kwasak King’ proved a runaway success, surpassing one million units sold within just two months of its debut.
